Has anyone been able to replace the bulb shown in the picture? It’s a small bulb, and the socket is tricky to get to and remove.
I just replaced mine! What worked for me was using a screwdriver to gently push it in the opposite direction of the lock arrow and it should pop right out.
But getting it back in can be frustrating since you have to get it lined up perfectly before twisting it to lock.

Thanks! I’m considering just taking the whole light assembly out.

That’s an option, but it might be overkill since it’s just one bulb and could be more work.

Also, the bad bulb ended up popping off and falling into the assembly.
Update: I took out the taillight assembly. The wires for the plug were stuck under the wiring harness connector and were too short. But I got it done! I have pictures, but I can’t find a way to update this post and add them.
@Sage
Yeah, removing the assembly is often the best way to reach some of those hard-to-reach sockets.
