For the last couple of months, I’ve noticed that after doing a 600 mile round trip, my steering wheel feels like it gets stuck or caught at the center. It’s obvious enough that my passengers have noticed it too. What could be causing this?
What did the dealership say when you talked to them?
You have a warranty.

I hope to find out today. I took it in.

As long as you can show them the issue, they’ll take care of it. You’re good.
I have a similar problem with the same car. It tends to track left or right, so I’m constantly adjusting it back to the center. It’s not really pulling, but you can feel the wheel kind of hold in place and then skip left or right a bit. That’s the best way I can describe it. I haven’t taken it in yet because I’m worried they might give me some excuse about alignment or tires, which are fairly new with only 5k on them.
@Jory
Yeah, it feels like it gets caught on something. I took it to the dealer, so hopefully, there’s a solution.

Keep me posted. Then I’ll have something to discuss with the dealer too.
@Jory
I’ll let you know. I should hear something on Monday.
