Are newer Hyundais reliable?

@Wynne
You probably have warped rotors. The brakes would need to be changed. I would talk with the dealership since the car is new.

I take it tomorrow. Got an appointment after waiting almost a month & I don’t get a loaner. Just out of the car all day tomorrow. :woman_shrugging:

@Wynne
It shouldn’t take too long; they will probably say they won’t cover it because it’s a wear item but try to talk with a manager or something.

There is no way you can put wear & tear on rotors on a brand new car you purchased at the end of April :joy: you got to be kidding.

@Wynne
In theory if you get them hot and drive through water that was as high to touch the brakes you can. I don’t want to have that argument with someone who bought a car in April though lol.

Lol well I did none of the above. It would be more damage I would assume besides rotors or brakes. When it comes to the logistics, you are definitely more knowledgeable than me won’t argue that. But I’ve done absolutely nothing, not even 2000 miles on the car yet.

@Wynne
At that mileage I’m sure you qualify for lemon law if they refused. I think the cars are good just get those 5000-mile synthetic oil changes and common maintenance and they should last.
