Like should I get black rims, black chrome delete??? Def tints, what else should I do that’s inexpensive but an affordable price?? I want it to look good, not like a basic car.
If we’re being honest, if your Sonata is anything like mine, save money for the car you’ll inevitably have to buy when yours dies as opposed to putting money into the Sonata.
I saw pretty much all I’ve seen. I know there’s a guy named Slade Washington who modified a 2.4 and has a YouTube channel. He actually has a different setup of a body kit on his car.
I got a small spoiler on the back of mine. It ties together nicely.
Many people think that black wheels are cool. I think it’s a mistake. Wheels are an important element of overall design. You can buy even expensive wheels like Vossen, and you will just hide them behind black paint. Wheels can become almost invisible.
If it was my car, I’d tint it. I’m not sure, but likely some lowering kits are available for the Sonata as well. I’ve found such a kit for my Fusion. Just 20 or 30mm. If you can find some cool used wheels, it would be awesome. A little larger. You can modify them a bit, paint them in bronze or graphite; some shops can powder paint them and make a machined face. You have many options, but they may not be ordinary wheels, like the 30-50% of such cars.
Aftermarket headlights and taillights can sometimes make the exterior fresher. Don’t forget about adding features from more well-equipped Sonatas.
No such thing. Cheap ain’t good, and good ain’t cheap.
If you do a chrome delete, you should blacken the logo or cover it with something else (no idea what).
Rims and lowering springs.
There’s some front bumper lips no more than a hundred bucks.

This is what one of them looks like, but to find the rest of the kit, I don’t know.
@Ripley
Ok ok I fw it, thank you! Any other suggestions?
2013 and 2019+ Sonatas look so good.
