Would you pay $7K extra for a new 2024 Limited vs a slightly used CPO 2023 Limited?

Hi all,
In my area, I can get a new 2024 Limited for $35K without any negotiation.

I can also find a 2023 Limited, which has been owned for 5-8 months with 6K miles on it and is certified pre-owned (CPO) by Hyundai, for $28K, also with no haggling. Some of these are hybrids, while others are not.

What do I lose by choosing the 2023 CPO pre-owned option?

I’m mainly interested in:

a) Quiet cabin noise
b) High-clarity stereo (thumping bass isn’t necessary)
c) Good tech
d) Excellent A/C (I live in a hot, dry summer area)
e) A luxurious and visually appealing cabin.

Does the 2024 Limited offer more in terms of a) through e) or any additional features that justify the $7K difference? Or should I avoid the CPO 2023 Limited for some reason?
